The hotel was quick to address our concerns when the first room had a strong odor. They immediately moved us to a different room, which was appreciated. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to key attractions and transportation options. We were able to explore the city easily without having to travel long distances. Lastly, the hotel provided free Wi-Fi, allowing us to stay connected during our stay.
There were a few negative aspects to our experience. The room was quite dusty, which was not pleasant.

Spent my New Year's Eve in a decent hotel with great amenities and friendly staff. the room was spacious and had a good view of the city lights. I appreciate the quick response of the staff when the first room had an awful smell. They immediately provided another room that smells fresh, and the cleaning was spotless. One of the best things about the hotel was the convenient location as it was near to several restaurants and shops.
I would say that some aspects could've been improved. the bed was uncomfortably hard and the room was a bit dusty.

The hotel is conveniently located near various attractions and restaurants. the room was spacious and had a nice view of the cityscape. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with adequate amenities. the staff provided prompt service and quickly addressed any issues.
The bed was uncomfortably hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! We were immediately given another room when the first one smelled bad. The staff were helpful and quick to respond.
